The metric measures FBM orders delivered inside the business customer's opening hours. Below 90% and your Business offers can be switched off.
From 2026-09-30 sellers are expected to maintain a business hour delivery rate of 90% or higher. The metric measures the share of seller-fulfilled shipments delivered to Amazon Business customers within their hours of operation. From 30 October, listings that remain below the requirement may be deactivated for business customers. FBA and retail offer eligibility are unaffected.
Any seller using Fulfilled by Merchant and reaching Amazon Business buyers.
Pull the metric from the Account Health dashboard. If it is under 90%, the cause is almost always carrier selection or a handling time that is one day too optimistic — not the warehouse.
